A full review conducted after the rollout allows project sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that expectations set out in the original review session have been achieved. Once all issues have been implemented to everyone's satisfaction, day-to-day technical and user support is transitioned from the project team to the help desk.

The helpdesk is staffed by highly skilled professionals committed to the delivery of a customer-focused service that is effective and responsive. The helpdesk is the Single Entry Point for both functional and technical matters and issues. The Helpdesk is available Monday to Friday from 09.00 until 17.00 (GMT time) with the exception of UK public holidays. The Helpdesk language used to resolve issues is English.

Customers have the choice of either a one, two or three year support agreement.
