In November 2001 Atlantic EC were recognised in the achievement of the Investors In People Standard with a highly positive report from the Yorkshire and Humberside Assessor. Atlantic chose to be reassessed again within two years of achieving the standard to highlight the continuous improvement in good HR Practice. The standard was again achieved to a very high level.
Atlantic believe this is a glowing reflection of the good processes that have been built up and maintained and the culture that has been created within Atlantic. The company is committed to continuous improvement and development of personnel.
