Atlantic Global Plc in partnership with Berkshire Consultancy Limted are holding a series of 1/2 day Master Classes throughout January, February, March and April 2007. The PPM master class training courses combines classroom instruction with hands-on exercises designed to teach participants on how to deploy, execute and lead the Project Portfolio Management process.
The FREE 1/2 day training course is specifically designed to provide delegates with an introduction into how to execute and lead the Project Portfolio Management.
Following on from the 1/2 day course we are also offering a 2 day training course costs £499 is designed to provide delegates with an indepth and more detailed understanding on how to execute and lead the Project Portfolio Management.
Participants will be provided with templates, checklists and will gain familiarity with their use through facilitated hands-on exercises that reinforce the learning objectives.
